The Opportunity
ElectraNet is the owner and operator of South Australia's electricity transmission network. We are seeking a highly motivated engineering project manager to deliver engineering services for our critical Regulated and Contestable Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the future of energy in SA.
In this role, you’ll be:

The primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on technical requirements and accountable for technical project deliverables including scope, cost, quality, time and engineering risk.

Managing compliance with ElectraNet's engineering processes through the entire project lifecycle, from project planning to handover.

Develop specification documentation, manage design and construction reviews, and ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations and standards.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years’ experience in delivering engineering outcomes within the Transmission or Distribution networks. This experience should include project scoping, specification development, management of design reviews, on-site project inspections, and the application of safety-in-design processes.
Additionally, you’ll have:

An understanding of electricity-related engineering project delivery, particularly in relation to substation and transmission components and operation.

Highly developed analytical, investigation and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills.
