The Opportunity

As ElectraNet delivers some of the most exciting transformation work in South Australia’s energy sector, demand for high‑quality business and project support continues to grow. We’re now looking for multiple Business and Project Support Officers to join our expanding teams.

 

These roles are based in Adelaide’s CBD with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week, or alternatively we support genuine flexibility and are able to offer these roles as either full-time working Monday-Friday, Full-time working a compressed 9-day fortnight, or part-time at a 0.8 full-time equivalent, whether this is 4 days per week, or shorter days across Monday-Friday.

 

You’ll help keep teams running smoothly by managing key business administration processes, coordinating meetings and activities, supporting documentation and systems, and enabling leaders to focus on strategic and technical priorities.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support
  • Coordinate meetings and team activities
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Support financial processes including purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintain accurate records, across spreadsheets, systems and intranet sites
  • Proactively identify improvements and streamline processes

About You

We are seeking applications from those that are organised, proactive and enjoy helping teams operate efficiently. You can manage competing priorities, solve problems independently, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple systems to support teams effectively.

 

You will also bring:

  • Experience in business or project support ideally within a corporate environment, demonstrating strong administrative skills
  • Strong organisation, communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Confidence using a variety of systems (e.g. SharePoint, SAP, OpenText)
  • Solid digital capability, including Excel (e.g. pivot tables)
  • A positive, flexible attitude and ability to adapt and learn new tools and processes quickly
