As our Asset Data & Mobility Analyst, you’ll be at the intersection of field operations and enterprise systems, ensuring critical asset data is captured accurately, flows seamlessly into SAP, and drives informed decision-making across the asset lifecycle.
This isn’t just a coordination role—it’s about optimising how data is captured in the field, improving mobility solutions, and strengthening data integrity to support safe, reliable network operations.

- Validate and audit asset data to align with asset management standards and risk frameworks.
- Partner with maintenance teams and service providers to ensure high-quality data capture.
- Provide training and support to field users, driving adoption of mobility tools.
- Deliver insights and reporting that support operational performance and compliance.
About You
You’re a detail-oriented and technically capable professional who thrives on improving systems, processes and data quality. You understand how strong asset data underpins effective asset management and are motivated by working in a critical infrastructure environment.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience working with asset management systems and data environments, ideally within SAP PM / SAP EAM, in the electricity, utilities or asset-intensive industries.
- Hands on experience and exposure to mobile workforce, field service, or inspection systems.
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, including asset lifecycle data, supported by a solid understanding of data quality frameworks, maintenance decision-making, and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting or administering field-based data capture and mobility solutions.
- Proven ability to validate, analyse and improve data quality, ensuring alignment to asset standards and risk frameworks.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work closely with maintenance teams, engineers and service providers.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline will be highly regarded but not essential
