Associate Delivery Portfolio Analyst

The Opportunity

This is a newly created opportunity within the Delivery division, supporting a strong and growing pipeline of projects. As an Associate Delivery Portfolio Analyst, you will play a key role in bringing together data from across projects, workforce planning, and financial systems to provide meaningful insights that support leaders in making informed decisions. You will not only produce reports but interpret and explain what the data means, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.


You will work closely with stakeholders contributing to the ongoing uplift of reporting, data quality, and project controls capability. This role also offers the opportunity to influence how data and reporting is shaped across the function.


Based in Adelaide, this full-time role will also cover the following key responsibilities:


•    Analyse and interpret project, financial, and workforce data to provide actionable insights 
•    Develop and maintain reporting across systems including SAP, Microsoft Project, and Power BI 
•    Pull and consolidate data from multiple stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency 
•    Provide commentary on performance metrics, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities 
•    Support workforce planning through resource capacity and forecasting analysis 
•    Contribute to project controls reporting including costing and scheduling insights 
•    Improve data quality and reporting processes to support better decision-making

About You

You are a commercially minded analyst with experience working in project or delivery environments, ideally within project controls or portfolio reporting. You bring a strong ability to think critically about data, going beyond reporting to interpret and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. You are comfortable working across systems and engaging with multiple teams, you can operate independently and are confident explaining complex information in a practical, meaningful way.


To be successful, you will bring:


•    Experience in a project, portfolio, finance or project controls environment 
•    Strong analytical capability with advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI 
•    Working knowledge of systems such as SAP and Microsoft Project 
•    Understanding of project costing, scheduling, or resource planning 
•    Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders 
•    Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
•    A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
