The Opportunity
ElectraNet is seeking a highly motivated and organised Board and Stakeholder Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a 15-month maternity leave cover contract. Reporting to the Company Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient and effective operations of the ElectraNet Board and Committees.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Company Secretary with secretarial functions and duties, including meeting coordination, paper preparation, and minute writing.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and statutory reporting obligations.
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Company Secretary and Board.
- Facilitating the board reporting processes and supporting company secretarial requirements for financing transactions.
- Support, coordinate and attend Board and Exec events outside of regular business hours.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A demonstrated understanding of board reporting cycles and legislative requirements.
- Experience in a similar role within a complex corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A positive, flexible, and adaptable attitude.
