The Opportunity

This is a fixed term contract until June 30 2027.

Join ElectraNet's Board and Shareholder Relations team in a pivotal support role that helps drive business, project and team success.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll provide high-level administrative and project coordination support across a diverse range of activities.

This is an opportunity to take ownership, work with autonomy and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes in an organisation at the forefront of South Australia's clean energy transition.

Key Deliverables

  • Provide end-to-end business, project and administrative support to ensure key priorities and deliverables are achieved.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel and stakeholder engagement activities, including diary management, agendas and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate business records, systems, databases and financial administration processes, including purchase orders, invoices and reconciliations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through effective document management, process enhancement and project administration activities.

About You

You are a proactive and highly organised administration professional with experience supporting business operations, projects and senior stakeholders within a corporate environment.

You thrive on managing competing priorities, maintaining accuracy and building strong working relationships across diverse teams.

With a customer-focused approach and a strong eye for detail, you're comfortable working independently, using initiative to solve problems and continuously improve processes and systems.

 

Key Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in business support, project coordination or administration within a corporate environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement and identify opportunities for process improvement.
