In this role, we are proud to offer a base salary starting from $117,000 plus 11.5% superannuation and performance bonus eligibility of up to 15% for FY25/26, payable in 2026.

The Opportunity

ElectraNet is looking for a flexible and passionate Change Analysts, who are strong team players, to enable the adoption of new technologies, processes and initiatives across our organisation.


As an analytical thinker and strong communicator, the Change Analysts will be responsible for working with the Change Partners and project delivery teams to identify communication, training and change needs, and then create high quality artefacts, training content, user guides and resources to support change adoption and embedment. 


Further, the Change Analysts will support portfolio level reporting and tracking activities, including evaluating the quality of change support and interventions. They will also collaborate across the Change Team to contribute to organisational change capability and maturity initiatives, such as the development of resources, templates and materials and training content to support leaders in driving tactical changes and improvements in their teams.

You will also possess the following:


•    Strong organisational skills and ability to work across a range of projects simultaneously
•    Initiative and drive to identify gaps and create solutions 
•    Advanced communication skills, with knowledge of how to break down complex technical concepts and ideas and explain them to diverse audiences  
•    A track record in the development of training content, resources, user guides and materials 

 

Qualifications in business, marketing, psychology or technology are desirable but not essential.
