The Opportunity
Are you a seasoned change professional, passionate about driving strategic change and fostering innovation? Do you drive a collaborative team culture, founded on continuous learning? Do you enjoy working across a portfolio of projects?
We are seeking an experienced Change Lead who will ensure seamless management and integration of change management strategies and resource planning across all the Technology Roadmap at ElectraNet. You'll partner with stakeholders at all levels to drive successful adoption of new technologies and processes, while also carefully considering organisation-wide activities and pressures. You will also lead the design and continuous improvement of our change management approach, providing day-to-day leadership to our high performing team, as well as mentorship and support to foster a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Change Leadership: Provide strategic advisory support to leaders across the business in areas of technology change, AI adoption, business transformation, and process improvement.
• Capability Building: Develop strategies, resources, and training to equip business leaders to effectively lead change within their teams.
• Portfolio Management: Track the consolidated view of change activities across the business, advising and influencing key stakeholders and Project Managers and identifying solutions to maximise change adoption while minimising cumulative change impacts.
• Evaluation and Reporting: Design strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, including tracking change impacts, change adoption and benefits realisation.
In addition to the above, you will take on a 50% load of technology delivery projects in the capacity of Change Partner.
About You
To be successful in this critical role, you will be:
• A proven change professional with a track record in change management methodologies and best practices.
• Experienced in providing strategic advisory support and leading business transformation initiatives.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Passionate about leadership, with a strong desire to contribute to others’ growth and development.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, Change Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or ACMP) is also advantageous but not required.
