The Opportunity

The Network Operational Technology Enhancements (NOTE) Program has been established to drive the design of the systems, people and processes that are required for us to ensure the security and reliability of the electrical transmission network, now and into the future. The energy industry is rapidly evolving, with a strong push towards net zero by 2027 – the NOTE program is focussed on ensuring that we have the technology solutions which align with this transition strategy.

We are seeking a Change Partner to support this business-critical program of work. This role will be key in driving the program-level strategy around change, including but not limited to designing the communications, engagement and training strategies. Further, they will be responsible for engaging across all projects, planning the integrated change approach, as well as providing tactical support on the role out of each technology work package.

Success in this role is characterised by your outstanding capability to influence others to accept and champion change in a complex technical and non-technical environment, requiring impactful and influential leadership, clear strategic thinking, and an ability to build relationships across broad stakeholder groups.

About You

To be successful as a Change Partner on the NOTE Program, you will be:

•    A change professional with a track record in working on complex change initiatives at both a project and program level.
•    Experienced in providing proactive advisory support and leading business transformation initiatives.
•    A strong coordinator and strategist, capable of working across multiple projects, and providing influential advice on how to structure and plan change initiatives across multiple teams, and a complex program, while minimising change impacts.
•    A skilled communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, concise language for diverse audiences.
•    An adaptable and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to work autonomously.
•    An outstanding team player.

Tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, Change Management, Human Resources, Communications, or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable but not essential.

How To Apply

At ElectraNet, we recognise that your potential extends beyond our qualifications. We believe that transferable skills, attitude, and value alignment are equally important for success in our company. That’s why we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet every job criterion. Your lived experience and skills could be the key to unlocking your potential with us.
