The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead ElectraNet’s community sponsorship and investment approach during a transformative period in South Australia’s energy landscape. You’ll design and implement programs that build community trust, strengthen partnerships, and bring the organisation’s brand to life. Working closely with internal leaders and external stakeholders, you’ll align community initiatives with strategic priorities while delivering measurable impact. This role offers the chance to create innovative marketing and engagement strategies that amplify awareness and participation.

- Lead end-to-end community sponsorship and investment programs, including frameworks and planning.
- Manage grants and sponsorships from application through to reporting and compliance.
- Deliver marketing and communication strategies to build awareness and engagement.
- Develop impact reporting, governance frameworks and performance insights.
About You
You’re a proactive and creative professional who thrives on building meaningful connections with communities and stakeholders. You bring a strategic mindset, balancing governance, impact and storytelling to deliver high quality sponsorship and marketing outcomes. With a passion for doing things differently, you’re excited by the opportunity to build something new and shape programs from the ground up. You’re equally comfortable managing complex programs and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Above all, you’re driven to create positive community impact while strengthening trust and brand presence.
- Proven experience leading sponsorship, grants or community investment programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership building capability.
- Ability to manage governance, reporting and measure community impact.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with strong marketing and storytelling skills.
