The Opportunity

The Construction Supervisors are responsible for supporting site-based construction work packages operating as the subject matter expert for construction progress related matters. This new and pivotal role helps to oversee and manage the performance of our large Contractor base on field construction activities for ElectraNet’s significant high voltage infrastructure projects and works closely with Project Managers, providing support to deliver our projects safely with high levels of quality and compliance to all requirements.

About You

The role is required to manage and respond effectively to the complex and multilayered field activities and be able to deal with and ensure all agreed controls in place are effective and appropriately managed. The ability to exercise independent professional judgement whilst managing an array of internal and external stakeholder relationships will be key to success in this role. Extensive experience supervising the construction of general and/or high voltage work packages will be required.
