The Opportunity

ElectraNet has multiple full-time opportunities for Cultural Heritage Advisors. In this role you'll act as the primary communication point between ElectraNet and Traditional Owner groups and associated parties to identify, manage and lead resolution of complex operational and project related cultural heritage management matters.

About You

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • People focused, with mature communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships across broad stakeholder groups.
  • Are flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new things.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.

We would love to hear from you if you have experience working respectfully and effectively with Traditional Owner Groups including experience in:

  • Connecting with the community to build trust and understanding
  • Native Title and Heritage agreement negotiations
  • working autonomously in the field
  • Aboriginal community consultation
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Data management and reporting

Qualifications in Cultural Heritage Management, Environmental Management, Stakeholder Engagement or Community Development would be ideal, however don’t let qualifications hold you back. If you have the skills and attitude we're looking for, or similar experience in another role we want to hear from you.
