The Opportunity

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the delivery of innovative data, analytics and AI initiatives within a forward thinking technology environment.

Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will play a critical role in shaping how business priorities translate into meaningful outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams and delivery squads to drive alignment and execution excellence.

This role offers the chance to work within a modern Microsoft ecosystem, using tools such as Azure DevOps to deliver at scale.

  • Lead delivery of enterprise data, analytics & AI initiatives.
  • Translate business priorities into executable delivery plans.
  • Drive agile delivery using modern Microsoft tools (Azure DevOps).
  • Influence outcomes across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

About You

You are an experienced Delivery Lead who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.

You have a proven ability to translate business intent into structured delivery plans that teams can execute with confidence.

You’re highly collaborative and build strong relationships across technical and business stakeholders.

Your leadership style fosters accountability, continuous improvement and high performance within agile teams.

 

Ideally, you have experience delivering within data, analytics or AI contexts and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to this evolving space.

  • Strong experience in agile delivery (SCRUM-based environments).
  • Ability to manage scope, dependencies, risks and delivery flow.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and communication capability.
  • Significant experience working on data, analytics or AI initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, business, engineering or similar.
  • Agile or delivery-related certifications (desirable).
  • Equivalent practical experience in delivery leadership roles.
