The Opportunity
ElectraNet is seeking an Engineering Systems Coordinator located in Adelaide, Australia on a full-time, permanent basis to help drive project outcomes including project document control, technical coordination, contract support and general project planning. This is not just an admin role—it’s ideal for someone with a technical mindset who enjoys streamlining processes and supporting engineering teams. The role includes:
- Establishing and maintaining document management systems and reporting tools
- Identify and support project instructions and analyse task lists to alleviate engineering workload
- Supporting project planning, controls, and contract administration
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with engineering systems
- Coordinating the close-out of As-built documentation for projects
This role is well-suited to someone in the project management space, a project controller with document control experience, or someone currently studying Project Management or Electrical Engineering. We are open to part-time or job-share opportunities to be flexible around your personal needs.
About You
You will be a motivated and proactive individual with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. You will also:
- Have experience in project controls, document management, or engineering support
- Be studying or have experience in engineering, project management, or a related field
- Be self-driven and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in a dynamic environment
- Be comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
- Have a technical mindset, even if not holding a technical degree
