The Opportunity
Join ElectraNet in this 12-month maternity leave contract and be part of the team behind the smooth day-to-day operation of our workplaces. Whether you're seeking a full-time opportunity or the flexibility of a 0.8 FTE four-day work week, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding role within a supportive environment while helping deliver the infrastructure that powers South Australia.
In this role you will:
- Monitor and manage the ServiceNow Request Portal, ensuring requests are effectively allocated and progressed.
- Coordinate accommodation and workspace planning activities across all office sites.
- Support employee workplace relocations and office move activities.
- Liaise with external property managers regarding maintenance requests and site requirements.
- Coordinate archiving services across the business and maintain associated records.
- Assist with emergency response management activities, including Fire Warden and First Aid coordination.
- Maintain Facilities and Security information on the company intranet and support procedure updates.
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Services team and support operational requirements during periods of leave, absence or peak demand.
About You
You are a proactive and adaptable administrator who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. You are organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in an administration, facilities coordination or workplace support role.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A positive, flexible and team-oriented approach.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with systems and databases.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- A qualification in business administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience within facilities management, property services or an asset-intensive industry will be highly regarded.

For this role, we offer a competitive remuneration package starting from $85,000 plus superannuation and a performance bonus eligibility of up to 15%. In addition to this, we also offer:
