Key focus areas include:
- Be a first point of contact for routine people‑related enquiries, triaging and escalating as required
- Coordinating end‑to‑end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, variations and off‑boarding
- Maintaining accurate people/position data and supporting basic HR reporting
- Contributing to process improvement, systems efficiency and people‑related projects
About You
You’re someone who enjoys working in a service‑oriented role, takes pride in accuracy and consistency, and is curious about how good people practices support the wider business.
You will bring:

- Strong systems capability and confidence working with HR or enterprise systems (training can be provided)
- A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working
- Well‑developed organisation, communication and prioritisation skills
- A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential and sensitive information
We welcome applications from candidates who may be early in their HR career, returning to the workforce, or working towards relevant qualifications.
At ElectraNet, we recognise that potential extends beyond meeting every requirement. If this role aligns with your interests and capabilities, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick every box.
