The Opportunity
The IT Solution Analyst is accountable to the Team Lead, Applications and Data and is responsible for providing analysis, solution design and delivery for business systems to improve business efficiency and productivity whilst ensuring integrity of architecture.
The ideal candidate will provide service excellence in the delivery of projects and IT services coupled with the ability to coordinate the delivery of services provided by internal and external resources. They will be expected to provide specialist technical advice and support to business stakeholders and contribute to the design and delivery of technical solutions in the corporate applications environment whilst building and strengthening relationships with external vendors.
Success in this role is characterised by excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, the ability to document business requirements and translate them into technical and functional design specifications using highly developed analytical skills and a clear delivery mindset to co-ordinate software/application projects and deliverables.
About You
To be successful in this critical role, you will possess the following:
- Experience in a similar applications, solution analyst, IT technical or customer facing position;
- Experience in providing system and application support in a dynamic and complex technical environment;
- A continuous improvement focus with the ability to constructively challenge the status quo;
- Proven initiative, accountability and the ability to adapt with changing priorities;
- Proven ability to apply sound analytical and problem solving skills to resolve issues independently as they arise;
- Strong experience with the Microsoft application ecosystem including Dynamics 365, Office 365 and PowerPlatform;
- Ability to translate technical information into simple concepts for internal and external Stakeholders using sound verbal and written communication skills.
