The Opportunity
ElectraNet is seeking a highly experienced leader to take charge of our Contracted Project Delivery team—a critical function responsible for delivering consultancy and infrastructure projects that underpin South Australia’s energy future. This role is central to shaping strategies, driving operational excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with ElectraNet’s business objectives.
As Manager, you will provide strategic and operational guidance across all levels of the organisation, influence cultural alignment with business strategy, and lead a diverse team to achieve outstanding results. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage financial, operational, and network constraints, ensure compliance with governance frameworks, and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

About You
We’re seeking an experienced leader with deep expertise in the renewable energy sector and a proven track record of driving strategic outcomes. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Deep knowledge of the renewable energy industry, market players, and generators.
- Proven strategic leadership experience at a senior corporate level with approximately 10 plus years.
- Expertise in portfolio and project management, delivering commercially focused solutions in complex environments.
- Srong knowledge of HV, substation and transmission performance and operation, National Electricity Rules, Transmission Codes and relevant standards (desirable).
- Strong ability to build high-performance cultures and lead change initiatives.
- Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of risk, opportunity, and key business drivers.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to make sound business decisions.
- Inspirational leadership to mentor and develop teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant technical or management field (postgraduate desirable).
