The Opportunity
The Manager Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) leads ElectraNet’s corporate HSE function, driving the continuous improvement of HSE frameworks, systems, governance and critical risk controls to support safe, compliant and reliable operations. The role also provides strategic oversight of business continuity, incident and crisis management, building organisational resilience and enabling effective risk-informed decision-making across a high-risk operating environment.
About You
We are seeking an experienced HSE leader with a blend of strategic leadership, technical HSE expertise, governance, assurance, risk management, and people leadership capabilities to strengthen organisational safety performance, resilience, compliance and continuous improvement within a high-risk industry environment.
