The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Organisational Development Partners to design and deliver programs that build capability, foster engagement, and drive culture transformation across the business. Our Organisational Development team work collaboratively across a broad range of programs from leadership development and technical competency frameworks and development to employee engagement, wellbeing and diversity and inclusion.


Key Focus Areas:

  • Partner collaboratively with stakeholders to design and implement best practice organisational development programs, initiatives and activities that support business objectives, drive value and integrate seamlessly with the broader HR strategy.
  • Facilitate codesign workshops and focus groups to engage the workforce in the design of strategies and solutions that support their growth and development.
  • Proactively lead the delivery and operationalisation of initiatives to enhance employee experience and capability and support effective change management.

About You

You’re a strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and a passion for building organisational capability. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring creativity, resilience, and adaptability to drive initiatives forward. Confident in taking ownership of end-to-end delivery, you ensure programs are successfully implemented from design through to evaluation. You draw on research, evidence, and co-design techniques to create innovative solutions and are agile in your approach - able to pivot quickly and respond effectively to changing priorities and business needs.

Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, culture transformation, and capability uplift programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Ability to research best practice and analyse data and deliver insights to inform interventions
  • Excellent communication and project and change management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, or related discipline (desirable)
