The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced People Business Partners to deliver strategic and operational advice that nurtures employee wellbeing, builds organisational capability and deepens operational effectiveness. You’ll do this, by partnering with leaders and employees to resolve complex employee relations matters, guide workforce planning and organisational design activities, and take proactive steps to enrich workplace culture, while ensuring alignment with our values and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert human resources advice to leaders and employees, and provide hands-on support in navigating complex conversations, and support mediation or formal processes to help achieve fair and constructive outcomes.
- Proactively identify and respond to emerging issues related to employee performance, conduct, or wellbeing, coaching leaders on early, preventative actions to address concerns and help resolve, deescalate and manage outcomes respectfully.
- Support employees to effectively raise and manage concerns, resolving matters to ensure continued employee wellbeing, engagement and satisfaction.
- Coach and influence leaders to build organisational capability and foster a high-performing team through effective organisational design, development, succession planning and change management.
- Support implementation of people strategies and frameworks such as Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Wellbeing, and Learning & Development.
About You
You’re resilient, adaptable, and able to provide effectively and detailed human resource advice that drives positive outcomes for all involved. You thrive in a growth mindset environment, embrace change and help others navigate uncertainty, all while maintaining a professional and positive approach.
Experience and Skills
- Experienced HR generalist with deep knowledge and application of employment relations.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and complex employee and organisational matters with discretion and empathy
- Skilled in coaching leaders and embedding people frameworks at operational level
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related discipline (essential)
- Ability to work across multiple sites as required, including Adelaide CBD and Keswick.
