The Opportunity

Join ElectraNet’s Talent Acquisition team and help shape the workforce powering South Australia’s clean energy transition. As a Recruitment Advisor, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and corporate roles, partnering with leaders to deliver innovative hiring strategies and an exceptional candidate experience.

 

To support our talent acquisition activities, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our highly successful in-house team on a fixed term basis through to 30 June 2027.

 

This role is Adelaide based, with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week based on operational requirements such as interviews.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive recruiter who can hit the ground running and demonstrate:

  • Proven success in talent acquisition within fast-paced, customer-focused environments
  • Passionate about building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • Skilled in sourcing through diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and Seek
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and committed to improving recruitment processes
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience is desirable
  • Highly compliant with policies and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
